Return & Shipping Policy

To Qualify For A Return & Refund:

 Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your purchased was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached.

Additional non-returnable items: 

1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

We offer refunds or exchanges. Every customer is different & we will determine best measure of action with each order. Your product must meets the criteria above. If you wish to return an item please complete it in our return center. Your refund will be applied once the return request gets approved & arrives at our warehouse. 

Banks usually take 3-7 days to process your refund once we have submitted to your bank. Please contact your bank for any refund time concerns.

International Customs Fees & Shipping Times

Some countries charge duties & taxes on incoming packages. When you pay for shipping, the import & duty taxes for your country will be calculated at checkout if there are any. Keep in mind some countries do not have any duty & taxes and some do. We are not responsible for other countries rules & regulations. By paying for your import duty fees upfront you avoid any package delays & will ensure your package gets delivered to your door.
